you can go ahead a try it, but i wouldn't put it on the server for fear of cloaks becoming found

Maybe only other specs can see them, like how only aliens can see adv. basi's red lines when it's hidden.

Maybe three types of specs, alien specs and human specs.

Alien specs: Only aliens can see
Human specs: only huamns
Normal specs: only seen to other specs, these can see human and alien

Wrong thread (again). There is a separate thread for visible spectators. And anyways, visible human and alien specs are unnecessary, because they can't go anywhere another alien isn't already (except the default viewpoint).

There is a reason they can't do that already: they can go see the status about the other team's base and report when rc/om goes down, they can find hiding enemies, they can warn people about incoming enemies, etc.

Thats called ghosting, still possible on normal KorX. Anyone who does that gets a ban.
