New Server command

use !gba when on our server to spam a series of 4 !cp messages.
admin levels 4 - 8 can use it.

I would like to ask for a !strip command much like what is in the newbie server, because that way admins can keep kill whores from ruining games

The only commands they can make are Chat commands and Modified commands what are out already (like low grav) if there on the admin.dat
I'm pretty damn sure if you want a complex command you'll need to edit the game.qvm

well, you can technically inflict someone with 'gas' like a normal bassy. if not, just do !drug with a timer that inflicts damage every interval for a certain amount of time. i think its 2 seconds for 10 seconds but i dont know how much damage.
