i want to make a moving texture, so the alien base looks like it's feeding from the ground

i used this tutorial: http://www.gotdelirium.com/bubba/bubba.planetquake.gamespy.com/spine1.html but i can't do it :/

Also, i think what swamp is saying,is that you need a texture that's similar to the one in the tutorial, and some code to go with it.

for B3, can you PLEASE look for texture overlaps? I facepalm in any map that has them. ive actually seen a hidden one in outpost P4 and, yes, halo reach.

shader code is for higher level mappers. Dont worry about it. My first map was actually, in reality, NEVER released. (because back then i needed to put in a ladder but i didnt know how to :S

EDIT: beta 3 will come out before this weekend

Update: got shader scripts to work, moving textures ftw... and i'm thinking about fog in the alien base.

Aliens got some more areas to hide, and humans are gonna have an extension to the base.

...did someone say 2 way mirror?

maybe even a purrugly thrown in the mix!

found out how to edit shader scripts, my map will be held off for more improvements.

it will be awesome :3

now here's something you guys can do, find the funniest pokemon picture and it will be put in the map.

also, i will be putting the winner of the picture contest (that was completed a month ago) on my map too.

hovel and swamps names will be added to the levelshot (I forgot to do it for b2).
