Menace permanently banned.

We gave him a second chance but he has screwed it up... We won't allowed such a behavior... Menace is officially kicked out of the GBA clan. We won't revoke our decision. If you want to know more, feel free to ask here.

I can answer this one.

The first ban was because he flamed, trolled, and ban evaded.

The second ban was for the same reason.
