List of all modified things...
These are all the things me and glame have modified in some way or form...
Xael - Changed the flash when firing
Armoury - Added GBA amd Grangers Bouncing Around to front and side
Booster - Changed the overlay colour to light blue
Defence Computer - Wrote 'Please do not sit on this machine' on the top
Forcefield - Changed to orange and red
Mass driver - A new model (forgot to mention)
Hovel - Added 'Hovel sweet Hovel' to the top (Not sure if it works yet)
MediStation - Added green pluses to go round you when you're healing
Reactor - Normal colour For the main bit of the rc is now red
Telenodes - Hasn't worked
Bsuit - Made red
Adv. Dretch - Changed to light blue
Ckit - Changed the front screen saying GrangersBa instead of korx and made tube in the middle turn red/pink
Psaw - Turned all of the tubes red, the actual psaw is still blue
Rifle - Is now bright pink with the GBA logo on the side
(and the rifle shells) - Shells are GBA written on a black block
And that's it so far.

Lasgun - The splash from it is small gba logo's
Telenodes - Put a smiley face to test it... it worked
Moved to Kor 3.1.2
- That one has Vesd but the Teleport bug
- Got the new game.qmv from the repo and replaced the old one
Hovel - Added 'Hovel sweet Hovel' to the top (It works now)
Luci - The blast is now red
Blaster - Changed to yellow (or gold)
Blaster - changed it's shots to purple.
Spectator - Hopefully added Spectator model (Dretch size yellow bsuit)
Xael - Front of xael ball is purple, the trail is green
KorX - Due to 0.3.2 we now have the ~ back.
Bugs are eliminated as far as I know.

Telenode - Changed to 'spawn here' with a logo. (not easy to read)

Were now working on V7 or gba_test4
Found a bug - !drop causes server to crash. (Due to death using it on mine)

Were using KorX 0.31 Unzip it with 7-zip or something like that. Then Explore. Thats what i did ^^

I was under the impression that i needed something else like blender.
Right now though, I would like to know exactly what folder i'm supposed to click on... -.-

Well what hovel mainly is doing is changing the skins, i did this a while back but basically:
-You find a repository tremulous. (Ask someone else for a more detailed guide, this was a while ago).
-Take it out, unzip it, whatever.
-Edit whatever you want, with gimp it has a really easy-to-use color changer, anything more than changing colors is harder because the game is coded to work with the texture, you will -probably end up with an ugly model ingame if you mess up.
-Zip everything you have edited again.
-Rename it zz-(name).pk3 (zz is because it picks the last file in your base folder, pk3 is so it can read the file)
-put it in your base folder with all of the maps.
This might be a different thing, but i hope this info was helpful.

You go to the kor files (Now 0.3.2) right click and unzip with 7zip

If I'm benign honest I'm modified almost everything on here.
If you want to change alien buildings (only done hovel) unzip models then go to Models>Models>Buildables>And all the aliens stuff should be here.
To change the colour, almost everything is made by a image. so if you right click edit with gimp and it will bring up gimp, go to the colour tab > Hue and saturation and drag the slider until your happy, you can also edit the image manually.

-On the top bar type name.pk3 then. Zip everything you have edited again.
-put it in your server folder but put a base folder inside your server folder.
-Set the .bat file to your server folder name and click!

(I'm on windows, the only program what will read those files is gimp. Well the best one anyway)

King, i think i deleted your post about right clicking and ending up in notepad by accident, sorry!
To fix this...
1. Right Click
2. Goto Open With
3. Choose default program
4. Then click Browse (as it doesn't find it normally)
5. Goto: C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\bin and double click 'Gimp-2.6'
6. Make sure 'Always use the selected program to open this kind of file' has been ticked
7. Click ok.
8. You're done!
To fix this...

I got it fixed!
I didn't extract the files, so the gimp couldn't read it. [InsertFacePalmEmote]
