It's in the folder in the program files, if that's where you downloaded your trem.

Anyways, its something like inforadiant. Then you use 7-zip to unzip it, and see the textures in there....
If i can catch you on skype tomorrow, we can screen-share.

number one: find where your GTKradiant loads it texture from. usually gtkradiant/base
number two: create your texture
number three: make a folder called textures, then another caled whatever you want. Prefferably the name of your map
number four: put your texture in the custom named folder, then put that folder in the textures folder.
number five: make a new .zip file, then put the textures folder into to the .zip
number six: rename the .zip to .pk3 and put it wjere your GTK radiant loads its textures.
